Code-line reading

We read the machine-readable lines on the document and verify every check digit, so typos and edited numbers are caught.

Auto-capture

The camera captures the moment the card is sharp, flat and free of glare. Front and back for ID cards, the photo page for passports.

Liveness

A random head turn proves a real person is in front of the camera, not a printed photo or a screen.

Face match

The selfie is compared with the photo on the document. You get a clear pass, fail or review, with the similarity score.

Hosted link or API

Send users to a ready-made verification link, or create sessions from your server and receive the result by webhook.

English and Arabic

The whole flow switches language with one tap. Arabic is fully right to left, written for real users.

Security and privacy

Built to keep as little as possible

Identity documents and faces are sensitive. We collect what the check needs and delete the images once it is done.

Images deleted after the check

Document and selfie images are removed once the result is decided. You keep the result, not the photos.

One-to-one matching only

A selfie is only compared with its own document. We do not build a face database or search faces across customers.

Consent on every check

Users see who is asking and agree before the camera opens. The consent is recorded with the check.

Encrypted end to end

Everything travels over HTTPS and is stored encrypted, in private storage with no public links.

Live capture only

No file uploads. Images come straight from the camera, which blocks edited and re-used photos.

FAQ

Questions we hear often

Which documents can users scan?

Passports and national ID cards that carry machine-readable code lines, which covers every passport and many ID cards worldwide. Older ID cards without code lines are not supported yet.

Do users need to install an app?

No. The flow runs in the phone browser on iPhone and Android. On a computer, the user scans a QR code and continues on their phone.

What counts as one check?

One complete verification: the document scan, the liveness step and the face match together.

Can users upload a photo of their ID instead?

No. Capture is live from the camera only. This stops edited, borrowed and re-used images.

How long do you keep the images?

Images are deleted once the result is decided. The result itself stays in your account.

Is Arabic supported?

Yes. Users can switch between English and Arabic at any step, and the Arabic flow is fully right to left.

What is not included yet?

Version one focuses on ID and face verification. Sanctions screening, business verification and proof of address are not included yet.
